What are cookies?
A cookie is a small text file that a website saves on your computer or mobile device when you visit the site. It enables the website to remember your actions and preferences (such as login, language, font size and other display preferences) over time, so you don’t have to keep re-entering them whenever you come back to the site or browse from one page to another.
Cookies are often classified as ‘session’ or ‘persistent’ cookies. Session cookies last until the browser is closed, whereas persistent cookies expire after a set period, or by the user when deleting them.
First party cookies in basic terms are cookies set by a website visited by the user - the website displayed in the URL window. Third party cookies are cookies that are set by a domain other than the one being visited by the user.
The cookies we use on our website are all first party cookies.
These cookies enable core functionality such as page navigation and providing the alerts for users’ cookie control options. The website cannot function properly without these cookies. They can only be disabled by changing your browser preferences.

You can opt out of these cookies at any time by using the cookie selection tool which can be accessed by clicking on the gear icon in the bottom right hand corner of each web page.
